We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.
Should the item(s) not work out, make sure to exchange for a preferred style or return for a refund. As a reminder, domestic return shipping is free.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout.

Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unused, in their original condition, and returned in the original packaging.
As all Fitterion products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection or change of mind. Please review the size guide carefully before placing your order.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@fitterion.com and include your order number along with clear photos of the issue.
Once your return is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Please allow 6-12 working days for us to receive your order. Please note - it can take up to 10 working days for us to process your return. Once your items have been inspected (and passed this inspection!), we will issue your refund to the original method of payment and notify you of your refund by email. After your refund has been issued by us, please wait a further 2 working days for the amount to be credited to your account. Please note that your refund can only be credited to your original payment method.
